Ventures
Every company I have founded, at the stage each one reached. Some are manufacturing today. One shipped, taught us what shipping costs, and was closed — it stays on this list because shipping counts, and because closing something you built is a decision worth writing down.

G3D
2022–Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer · Active
A Georgian manufacturer of fused-filament 3D printers, printing materials and applied-engineering services. I own the technical stack end to end: firmware, electronics, mechanical architecture, AI tooling and the internal software that turns engineering into production, costing and investor-facing strategy.
Three production platforms: Starter at 220 × 220 × 300 mm, Advanced at 350 × 350 × 350 mm, and an Industrial cell at 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm with extrusion to about 500 °C, Klipper-based control and remote monitoring.
More than fifty machines manufactured to date, with capacity expanding continuously.
In-house consumables developed from formulation to retail: recycled-PET filament and a line of bed adhesives and cleaners, at roughly 180 post-consumer PET bottles per kilogram of filament.
A ten-person core engineering and operations team, supported by a distributed network of up to thirty specialists across several countries.
Secured a 150,000 GEL grant from the Georgian Technology & Innovation Agency; currently leading an investment round — pitch deck, production-capacity model, unit economics and technical due-diligence pack.
Versec
2026–Founder & Chief Executive Officer · Active
A business-automation company I founded. Versec designs and deploys practical automation systems for commercial clients — embedded devices, software, IoT integration and technical support. I am personally responsible for strategy, technical planning, delivery control, client relations and finances.
Delivering three client automation projects in parallel as the company’s founding engineer and lead — requirements analysis, system architecture, build, deployment and ongoing support.
Delivery capability built across embedded systems, software, AI, electronics, CAD and mechanical design, automation and sales.
Owns commercial scoping, pricing, proposal writing and client-side technical communication.
NovelVisio
2021–Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer · Active
An R&D company developing IoT and assistive-technology products. I lead strategy, product definition, engineering, delivery and institutional relations.
Flagship product Vide — smart assistive glasses for blind and low-vision users, developed across embedded sensing, on-device computer vision, audio and haptic feedback, connectivity, firmware and enclosure design.
Converts research prototypes into manufacturable products: mechanical and electronic design, component sourcing, software, test protocols and technical documentation.
Manages distributed engineering teams and specialist freelancers; represents the company in grant applications, competitions and institutional partnerships.
DAWTONE
2023–Co-Owner & Product Manager · Active
A diagonal-axis wind turbine commercialised from grant-funded research. I own the roadmap from concept through prototype to pilot iteration.
A product family spanning 100 W to 5 kW, including a portable variant, covering aerodynamic geometry, generator and gearbox selection, power conditioning and control firmware.
Built on the patented conic wind wheel, utility model U 2022 2126 Y, with Nata Sulakvelidze listed among the inventors.
In-house manufacturing including additive manufacturing of blades and structural components, with SolidWorks-based design iteration.
Cardiostim
2023–Co-Founder & Technical Lead · Active
A medical-device company developing Cardiostim, a wireless leadless cardiac pacemaker. I lead hardware and software prototyping across the device programme, from bench-level architecture through in-vivo testing.
Designed and built multiple generations of hardware prototypes of the leadless stimulator: miniaturised electronics, power source and charging strategy, embedded firmware and telemetry.
Secured two competitive grants from the Georgian Technology & Innovation Agency totalling 175,000 GEL.
Nemedis
2021–Co-Founder · Closed
A medical-AI company I co-founded, building PulmoScan — an AI diagnostic system for lung pathology read from chest radiographs. It began during the COVID-19 pandemic, to support radiographic screening of pneumonia at a stage when PCR testing was not yet widely available. The company is no longer operating.
Built the deep-learning pipeline for chest X-ray classification: dataset curation and annotation, model training and validation, and integration into a clinician-facing diagnostic workflow.
MaigicWorks
2021–2024Co-Founder · Closed
A digital-health venture I co-founded, which built Cognee, an AI application supporting early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder in children. The company has since closed and the application was discontinued.
Took the product from concept to a live application with an initial cohort of one hundred users over two years of development; development paused pending funding.
Owned UI/UX design for two distinct user groups — parents and healthcare professionals — with accessibility as a primary constraint.

Brainwave Science
2024–2025AI Innovations Expert · Ended
Core member of the AI team developing two neurotechnology products: iCognative, the company’s brain-electrical-activation platform built on P300 event-related-potential science for investigative and security screening, and Basil Health, a consumer application combining EEG biofeedback with AI to track stress, focus, calm and sleep.
Developed and tuned machine-learning models on EEG and event-related-potential data: signal preprocessing, feature extraction, classification and validation.
re:school
2023–Instructor & Mentor · Active
Instructor and mentor at a technology school. I teach AI development, Internet and networking fundamentals, Arduino and microcontroller-based systems, sensors and electronics, MQTT and cloud-connected devices, and I design the hands-on engineering curriculum.
Akaki Tsereteli State University
2019–Microcontroller Electrical Engineer & Software Developer · Active
Research engineer on Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation grants, owning the embedded-hardware and software work packages: instrumentation, control electronics, data acquisition, firmware, and the analysis pipeline for experimental data.
R. Dvali Institute of Machine Mechanics
2023–2023Mechanical Engineer · Ended

There is no workshop floor here, no production line, no printer caught mid-print. I have not staged one either: what is not photographed is simply not on this page.
